该职位所属生产部SUPERVSORY SPAN/管理范围Clips Production and Tools Assembly 注塑生产及工具装配PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述1. 大专/本科以上，高分子材料专业或相关专业毕业；2. 五年以上注塑制造行业生产管理主管级以上职位工作经验；3. 汽车行业管理经验5年以上；熟悉T1及主机厂流程与要求；4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力及对团队的管理能力；5. 独立工作能力强，能承受较强的工作压力；6. 良好的计算机办公软件使用能力，英文能力最少满足日常邮件及报表要求。DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责1. 制定生产部年度工作目标与工作计划；2. 制定生产部的各项年度预算；3. 批准下属的年度工作目标与工作计划；4. 制定厂房规划和生产部布局；5. 提出产能建设申请；6. 拟定生产部的部门职能，组织架构和各级机构的职能，制定和审核各岗位职责；7. 审核或批准生产部管理文件；8. 培训直接下属，制定下属的年度培训计划；9. 批准生产排程；10. 日常监督下属的职责履行情况；11. 审核、批准生产部请购单；12. 制定和确认生产月度产能报告；13. 组织召开部门月度、年度会议；14. 确认生产部各岗位月度绩效奖金的申报；15. 制定并完善生产部绩效考核管理规定；16. 制定并完善生产部培训管理规定；17. 组织开展年度部门组织和岗位的评审会议，确保组织机构的设置和岗位职责的设定符合公司生产业务的发展需要；18. 贯彻实施公司关于EHS的要求；19. 向运营经理提交每月工作报告，确保KPI达成；6076 6093-3|160 6581 0838 6720. 上司安排的其他工作。
