该职位所属生产部1. 参与新模设计DFM检讨会，识别新模设计可能的对制程产生的风险，提出改善与预防措施。Participate in DFM review meeting, identify risks of the new molding design andoffering precaution and improving countermeasures.2. 指导新模的试模过程，提供并记录试模初如参数，分析FAI 试模数据，跟进试模进度，判断试模结果。Instruct Mold pilot process, provide and record preliminary parameter, analyze FAIdata, tracking molding trial run progress, confirm the pilot result.3. Lead injection molding process capability analysis, build stable injection processwith DOE and reach CPK at least 1.33. 主导注塑工艺的过程能力分析，合理利用DOE建立稳定的注塑工艺，关键工艺CPK 至少1.33以上。4. 主导解决新模具制样过程中出现的注塑问题收集数据，给出分析方案，提出改善意见，验证改善效果。Leading in problem solving for molding process, collecting and analyze injectiondata, verify improve effect.5, 主导优化注塑参数，指导寻找***参数实验计划, 提供成型参数做OQ, PQLeading Molding process characterization. Work on DOE and instruct the process ofparameter optimization experiments. Finalize the parameter for OQ and PQ.6.参与注塑工艺的持续改善，包括试模流程的改进，提高试模成功率，优化参数，提高注塑的效率与质量。Participate in Molding process continuing improvement, including optimizing molding trial run efficiency and molding parameter, reducing molding cycle time to increase productivity while assuring quality 6.参与注塑工艺的标准化进程，推动注塑在CMT的标准化作业。 Participate in molding standardization, push standardized operation for molding process across CMT. 7.参与对现有注塑设备能力的评估，给出选用意见。 Participate in capability evaluation of existing molding machine, offering advice for molding machine selection.经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:1. 大专以上学历，理工科专业。College diploma or above, major in Science and Engineering。2. 3年或者3年以上成型经验，熟悉普通塑胶的物理特理和成型过程5+ Years of working experience in Injection molding area, Familiar with generalplastic material characteristic and molding process.3. 熟悉DOE，精通寻找最佳参数组合。Good at DOE.
