该职位所属技术研发部任职要求：1、熟悉塑胶模具结构，协助项目对模具设计方案的评审，把控模具加工进度及模具问题点改善；2、熟悉胶料特性及注塑成型原理，可依据试模产品的缺陷制定有效的改善方案并执行修正，保证模具顺利实现量产；3、沟通协调能力强，工作积极主动，负责模具过程中内外部问题和进度沟通、检讨、并主导问题的改善；4、同类工作经验不少于三年，两年以上医疗模具跟进工作经验，有医疗产品量产工作经验优先； 5、会使用CAD及UG软件。工作职责：1、参与模具设计评审，促进模具结构优化；2、跟进模具加工进度，主导解决过程中发生的问题，确保T0按时进行；3、主导试模，发现并收集试模过程中出现的问题，负责试模报告及模具变更通知，力争所有问题都能够被发现；4、组织试模试产检讨会议，跟进及落实已确定的解决方案，确保下一次试模如期进行；5、根据T1验模报告，跟进并解决验模过程中发现的问题点，确保所有问题及时得到解决；6、收集和整理走模资料，进行走模检查，确保模具按时保质交付；7、对经典模具案例进行总结和分享，确保技术和经验得到沉淀和传承；6076 6171-3|163 4975 7378 448、上级交代的其他工作。
