该职位所属产品事业部要求：1、三年以上相关工作经验；2、精通熟练模具专业软件UG/CAD,能独立完成模具设计,3D分模,组件,订料,UG出散件图,完成改模等工作；3、制作DFM，熟悉MF分析；4、熟悉塑胶材料和模具钢材特性；5、懂注塑成型原理及注塑成型工艺；6、有电子烟塑胶模具设计经验者优先。职责：1、按流程主导模具设计前期产品评审会议并记录结果，以确保产品设计符合模具的设计与生产；2、按我司设计流程和客户产品要求进行模图设计，确保模具结构、成本合理，易于加工装配，以达到公司注塑生产需求；3、主导模具加工评审会议并记录结果，并针对评审问题点对模图设计进行修改，解决模具加工过程中可能存在的问题，以确保模具加工成本合理，加工过程顺利进行；4、根据模具设计BOM生成物料清单，以确保物料采购品种准确，数量齐全，交期合理，跟进物料采购进度；5、主导解决模具加工制程中的设计问题，以确保模具顺利加工；6、参与模具第一次试模，主导解决试模过程中的设计问题，以确保产品和模具符合客户的要求,按项目或跟模要求进行模图修改,确保模具修模符合要求；7、对经典模具案例进行总结和分享，确保技术和经验得到沉淀和传承；6076 6043-7|162 6769 2535 768、上司的其他工作安排。
