该职位所属研发部责任：1.产品设计和开发利用簧片开关，霍尔效应和其他电气和机械元件。2.领导从最初的RFQ/设计概念到产品开发生命周期的各个工程项目。这包括按照公司程序创建所有图纸、材料清单和其他文件。3.与客户和供应商直接接触。4.管理在DV阶段设计的每个产品的验证测试，并在PV阶段支持质量。5.利用DFMEA、DFM和APQP等工具来改进产品开发过程。6.带领跨职能团队完成新产品开发流程。要求3年产品开发和三维CAD建模经验。能够与跨职能团队在多个地点管理多个项目。有注塑和插入成型零件设计、冲压、印刷电路板设计和组装（SMT）以及封装技术方面的经验。6076 6099-6|162 0405 0648 99精通微软办公软件。
