职位描述
该职位所属生产部职责：1.负责车间生产管理，根据生产计划合理安排各项工作，主导并协调各部门及时解决生产中的各类问题，保证按时按量交货。2.深入生产现场，发现、分析和解决问题，推动安全、质量、效率及报废的持续改善，确保团队达成部门各项指标。3.负责车间人员管理，结合公司制度和要求，规范各级人员的工作行为，并通过绩效考核和评估不断提升团队积极性，营造良好的工作氛围。4.主导车间人才梯队的建设，积极挖掘及培养有潜力的储备人才，同时，不断培训和锻炼各级人员以持续提高团队能力。5.正确理解和有效落实公司及部门的各项方针和政策。6.完成上级安排的其他工作。职位要求：1.大专及以上学历，熟悉办公软件的使用。2.三年及以上制造行业管理经验，熟悉自动化生产特点，了解组装、冲压、注塑及电镀等生产工艺基本要求。3.善于发现问题并具较强的改善意识，熟悉精益生产管理的工具。3755 4590-45|161 9541 0822 544.良好的沟通协调能力。
