该职位所属销售部POSITION TITLE/职务名称:Sales Engineer- Automotive 销售工程师—汽车REPORTS TO/汇报给:Sales Supervisor 销售主管SUPERVISORY SPAN/管理范围NilPERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述1、BS or colleague in mechanical engineering, auto or equivalent work background.大专以上学历,机械工程或汽车相关专业;2、1Years Automotive sales experience1年以上汽车零部件销售经验;3、Ability to work with diversified customers groups具有应对多元化客户群体的能力;4、Sensitive to find out new application opportunity and new business direction具有发现新产品及新业务机会的敏锐度;5、Good communication skills includes customers interaction, training, written, verbal具有良好的与客户沟通的能力;6、Some basic knowledge of injection molding manufacturing or metal manufacturing process and fastener.了解基本的紧固件注塑成型或金属制造流程;7、Program management skills with emphasis on meeting deadline具有对会议节点把控的项目管理技能;8、Self-starter with high personal motivation used to work with a high level of independency and full of energy for new opportunity challenge工作自主性和积极性高,对于新的机遇及挑战充满热情。9、Business mindset and willing to travel frequently愿意经常出差。10、Good Japanese speaking and writing skills. also with English basics.良好的日语听说读写能力;有英语基础DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责1. Develop target account and generate new business开发目标客户并促成新的业务。2. Cooperate with other dept. to make quotations for customers与其他部门协作完成报价给客户。3. Learn products and assistant customers with application problems学习产品知识并协助客户解决应用问题。4. Prepare and submit monthly report, visit report, business plan, annual report etc.准备并提交月报,出差报告,业务计划,年度报告等。5. Properly allocate time between incumbent customer base and prospect of target customers合理分配维护现有客户群体与开发目标客户的时间。6. Coordinate the internal relationship of quality, planning, purchasing, logistics departments to kick off the new programs协调与质量、计划、采购、物流部门的内部关系来推动新项目的展开。7.
